The bulletin board is provided as a public service to the people of Orangeburg for the posting of events or services that may be of interest to others.
Only not for profit flyers will be posted.
Flyers may not be political in nature.
No petitions will be posted.
All materials to be posted must be given to library staff for approval before being posted.
